Our service
We organize information about selected sightseeing experiences and receive requests for specific dates, times and guest quantities. Experiences are fulfilled by independent suppliers. We do not control their daily operations, schedules, routes or on-site decisions.
Using the website
This website is intended for lawful personal use. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, misuse booking forms or reproduce substantial website content without permission.
Booking requests and confirmation
Submitting checkout details creates an availability request, not an instant or guaranteed booking. A booking becomes confirmed only when a confirmation is issued. If the selected departure is unavailable, we may offer another date, time or comparable option for your approval.
Pricing and payment
Displayed prices are based on the tour, option and guest quantities selected. Optional charges are shown before submission. The final amount and payment arrangements are reviewed as part of confirmation. Complete card details are not stored in booking records.
Traveler responsibilities

Changes and cancellations

Ticket Assurance
When offered, Ticket Assurance is optional and priced at $5.93 for each paying guest (infants are free). Its applicable benefits and deadlines are shown at checkout. Selecting it increases the booking total by the amount displayed in the order summary.
Limits of responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for personal travel delays, missed arrival times, inaccurate traveler information or events outside our reasonable control. Any responsibility connected with our reservation service is limited to the amount paid for the affected booking.
